					<description><![CDATA[I have a assurance lifeline and I hate my phone it never has cell service and wont keep a charge I have only charged it 3 times it is a crap phone the previous phone was stolen they gave me a new ans phone and its a horrable phone the phone that got stolen was a good phone it was a maze speed and it had serv all the timewhat options do I have for a different phone rather than switching.]]></description>

I tried to keep this horror I am now experiencing from happening by trying to back out of having my phone number changed, because I knew I had no way to call back from another phone, because I don&#039;t have a second phone. Now I have been without call and text for days. Please will you help me, as this is my only means of communication at this time? I need your help if so. A representative would not listen. She kept arguIng and so I asked for a Supervisor and she then disconnected me and disabled my call and text on my phone. I have tried that in the past and the Dollar Store will not permit customers to use their phone.#2. My vehicle has not been drive able and needs repaired.
