QLink is the BIGGEST JOKE as a company that has ever existed.I waited 3 MONTHS FOR A SUPPOSED NEW PHONE THAT DIDNT EVEN WORK.Now I am supposed to send it back to them and wait for another one.UMMMM,no thank you!!!Their service is horrendous.Their customer service is excruciatingly incompetent.I finally got enough and contacted the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I wasted months and months and all I have to show for it is no cell phone-no service and a hell of a lot of FRUSTRATION!!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME ON QLINK. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely BAD! Phones are terrible with little memory and they pack it with spam and bloat until just keeping the phone running is a challenge. If you complain it gets worse.. Junk Service!

They are absolutly horrible, cancelled my service after 2 years saying I had 2 phones which was not true. Had to re apply and wait 3 weeks for them to approve my documents, than I got the sim card in the mail and it didnt work. They said I sent the phone back and cancelled my service. I didn’t even have a phone from them I just had a Sim card. I said well then you sent the Sim card back, I replied no it’s right here in my hand it just came to me today can you please make it active and they said no your account is canceled and you need to reapply I asked for a supervisor to call me. Another person called me on a phone that was dropping in and out so bad you couldn’t understand what they were saying they promised to call me back from a different phone which never happened. Can’t believe the government allows this company to treat customers like this.

You get what you pay for they say, with qlink managed by t-mobile … You get exactly that !!!! You get nothing … Except free phone calls. Forget everything else promised by them, you will get plenty of headaches from them tho, maybe even a heart attack.

Worst customer service & service possible. Tech support only knows to reset the network & restart the phones. Cust reps are dishonest, some rude, they disconnect & some hard to even understand with heavy accents + speak fast. Problems go unresolved. Data is a joke, so slow it only buffers and cannot pull up an internet page or if it manages to it takes 3 minutes or more to load. Texts sometimes don’t come thru, basically you get unlimited phone service & that’s it. Calling in is usually a wait of 80 to over 100 minutes and after waiting 30 to 45 minutes … The automated will tell you that you have 185 minutes or more left to wait. Today after a long wait, the automated said I have 259 minutes left to wait. If you tap the number to select for them to call you back, you WILL NOT get a return call so don’t count on it. I was supposed to receive a free tablet for activating the new 5g capable sim card, twice I was told it has shipped out A month ago. I’m still waiting for it and the tracking number they said I would receive shortly at that time. Their app says I have unlimited data, just buffering it says I used 3 Megs of data. I haven’t even used it at all cuz I use WIFI. if I try to use texting it says “you have no data”, since when does sending a text with unlimited texting require data to send ??????
