  • This Is a very poor company. It is a shame that this company provides service for an area where there is on physical office or personal to provide service too. I wonder how many other states your in? You don't even make it to a corner of a half of a star in rating.

  • horrible. they will disable your minutes every month leaving you without service until you contact them to restore minutes. they have done this to me 9 times in 7 months

  • Terrible customer service. every few months or so i cant use my phone for 2-3 days saying i have 0 minutes when i have 500+.

  • Terrible. They disable your minutes every month leaving you without service for days customer service is closed on sat and sun wtf. You have contact them to restore minutes. they have done this to me4 times in 6 months

  • My ENTOUCH phone service gets shut down weekly now. I spent two days with a moron customer service supervisor named RICHARD that is such a freaking dumbass moron that the moron tried calling my inoperable phone and couldn't understand why I didn't pick up!!! I have discovered that it is possible to file a complaint with the FCC and have done so. They require an answer from the company within 30 days so I'll see where that goes. This is an option that everyone should take as it requires much less time than dealing with other offices such as some idiot state AG. Since they begin "blocking" their 611 number when I call I have found out that as my minutes have "EXPIRED" all I need do is make any phone call and it directs me to customer service this seems to get past the morons blocking my number. I have only kept the service because of a possible legal need for some saved calls but I am now going to record the messages and hope that is sufficient then transfer my service once I see what the FCC does. It is also possible to sue them through a formal complaint with the FCC and while that requires legal action with a lawyer it may be well worth the cost

  • If I could give them zero stars I would. Worse customer service ever. Disconnected constantly they send you a phone number but not phone
And just the worst absolute customer service ever and constantly hang up on you and disconnect. They are awful. Feel bad for elderly people or anyone that really needs this and can’t get their help.

  • No customer service at all. One man on a phone that does nothing to assist you. Awful not even worth the free service doesn’t work anyways.
