This Is a very poor company. It is a shame that this company provides service for an area where there is on physical office or personal to provide service too. I wonder how many other states your in? You don’t even make it to a corner of a half of a star in rating.

I spent two days with a moron customer service supervisor named RICHARD that is such a freaking dumbass moron that the moron tried calling my inoperable phone and couldn’t understand why I didn’t pick up!!! I have discovered that it is possible to file a complaint with the FCC and have done so. They require an answer from the company within 30 days so I’ll see where that goes. This is an option that everyone should take as it requires much less time than dealing with other offices such as some… Read more »

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worse customer service ever. Disconnected constantly they send you a phone number but not phone
And just the worst absolute customer service ever and constantly hang up on you and disconnect. They are awful. Feel bad for elderly people or anyone that really needs this and can’t get their help.
