  • A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission to investigate why my wife has never been able to get her phone she requires for medical emergencies. Started initial contact over 6 months ago over the phone when we transferred from "Assurance Phone Services" to "Safelink" We have sent out paperwork that has been submitted 3 times with Color photo copy of my State I.D., My Social Security Card and Medical Card information. I have made more than a dozen calls, asked to talk to supervisors on numerous occasions, always with same result: "We never received your paperwork, let me transfer you and phone line disconnects! Upon further investigation, this Company isn't owned by an American or even operated in America? The customer service has always been a foreigner answering and handling call, they take forever to look up information that i9s never updated, you can never speak directly to anyone that can investigate, fix or correct any internal problem. The address you send paperwork to in Wisconsin has no contact listing or can you be transferred there directly. Again a complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission to investigate why my wife has never been able to get her phone she requires for medical emergencies or how many other people have encountered the same problems.

  • I JUST HOPE AND THAT I CAN GET MY PHONE BACK, AS IT WILL TRULY HELP ME, FROM HAVING TO CONTINUE TO BUY STRAIGHT TALK, OR BE CONFINED TO A CONTRACT.
