im not happy about customer service.they wont put my phone number that I currentlyhave on the phone I currenty use.
The ZTE phones disconnect constantly after only 10 minutes of streaming on your phone. Also, they do not carry enough storage for additional apps. The customer service is okay. I will say the connection and sound is good.
I haven't been very impressed with the freebie phones they give out...not much storage space...falling out of apps and returning to the start page etc.....but I suppose for what they're meant for; they suffice.

This company is some straight boo-boo first off they send out very small phones to seniors in hopes of making us buy a larger phone! The phone has no space so customizing the phone is not happening at all no space! Customer Service SUCKS no help at all. I complained and they called me and disconnected my phone service!!
